After the coconuts are cleaned, the delicate water inside is flash pasteurized (and occasionally mixed with all-natural fruit puree) then poured into a shelf-stable Tetra Pak.√جø¬ΩThe entire process from tree to Pak doesn’t exceed 72 hours.
