Then, it is hand-folded into parchment, steamed, unwrapped then topped with our house-made verde sauce and served alongside organic Spanish rice. Simple to prepare and serve, this Amy’s Black Bean Tamale Verde is gluten free, dairy and lactose free, soy free, tree nut free and suitable for vegan diets.
